Anette Stenslund‘s latest book, “Atmosphere in urban design. A workplace ethnography of an architecture practice” has just been published. By providing an ethnographic exploration of the role played by atmospheres in work processes undertaken within an urban design studio, the book shows how atmospheres work as the pockets of doubt that open up the critical attitude and open-mindedness that characterises the processes of design production and creativity.
