Research Project on Collective Intentionality

The Embodied Affective Dimension of Collective Intentionality

The aim of this project is to work out a key factor in social coordination processes: the affective dimension of collective intentionality. Drawing upon the phenomenological tradition, the role of embodied affective intentionality is specified trough its approach to social collective states, instead of focusing on mental states only, in order to provide a more conceptual approach to social phenomena. The project has  been organized by Henning Nörenberg, Postdoc at Center for Subjectivity Research and it will run 2015-2017.
